Peugeot’s 5008 was this year’s “Scottish MPV of the Year” at an awards ceremony in St. Andrews. The honour was bestowed by the Association of Scottish Motoring Writers. It is one of many accolades the Peugeot has received as of late.
The vehicle is a seven-seater that has been given great reviews for its interior, particularly the cockpit aspect to the driver’s area. The MPV comes in three trim levels, with the Exclusive level featuring an available bird’s-eye view through its Cielo glass roof. The other available trim levels are Sport and Active.
The Peugeot has been described as a car that is appreciated by drivers, even though it is loved by families. It provides an outstanding model of an MPV and that was proven by the fact it had to run off the Mazda 5 and Ford’s S-Max, which are far from unpopular vehicles.
Peugeot, it seems, is fielding a series of successes right now if you add the 5008 awards and acknowledgements to the recent praise of their sports coupe, the RCZ, and their crossover, the 3008.
All three cars have been widely acclaimed and acknowledged for many of their attributes in their individual categories. It seems it is time again for Peugeot to have some winners.
