Death Trap Rally is a heady mix of adventure, fast cars, loud music, cool people and all the high octane thrills you could ever want! Taking place in June 2015, Death Trap Rally is the most rock and roll rally the World has ever seen. At each overnight stop you will be treated to the best live music gigs and hedonistic parties at some of Europe’s most famous music venues, while during the day your driving adventure will take in cities such as Berlin, Riga, Stockholm and Amsterdam.
Starting in Luxembourg City, the rally then travels east to the legendary Nürburgring where you can channel your inner F1 driver as you race around the famous circuit, known at the Green Hell! After a flying lap or two, buckle-up for and put your foot down as you head up the Autobahn towards Berlin. Over the next few days, the rally cross Europe travelling through cities such as Kaunas, Stockholm and Copenhagen. The final leg of the journey will see participants crossing the finish line of Death Trap Rally in Amsterdam and enjoy a final blowout at the World famous Melkweg nightclub for a closing party featuring our headline acts.

10% of all profits made from Death Trap Rally will be split between the event’s two chosen charities, ABF, The Soldiers Charity (www.soldierscharity.org ) and Reach Out Worldwide (www.roww.org). In addition to this, fundraising will take place at the rally’s launch event in March and also as the event travels around Europe. All participants in the rally are encouraged to use this amazing opportunity to raise funds for their own worthy causes. As well as being about excitement and hedonism, Death Trap Rally is an opportunity to really make a difference.
Death Trap Rally was originally scheduled to take place in September 2014. James Stockdale, Founder of Death Trap Rally, explains the change, “When the concept of Death Trap Rally was first discussed we had two main objectives; to create a truly Alternative road rally, and to raise lots of money for worthy causes. In a very short space of time, the team managed to put together an amazing event itinerary, filled with fresh live acts, amazing driving routes, adrenaline fuelled activities and plenty of opportunities to get your foot down for some great motoring. On paper this is without doubt the most rock and roll road trip in the World.
“Following our launch party in April and the phenomenal interest we’ve had from potential media partners, rally entrants and sponsors, we’ve decided to make some changes to our original schedule of events. We are now extremely excited and proud to announce we will be holding two Death Trap Rally events. The first is DTR 2014 September Shakedown. A three-day, European driving and partying blitz, visiting Amsterdam, the Nürburgring and Luxembourg City. Following this will be Death Trap Rally 2015. Taking place in June this will be a weeklong, 3000-mile, rock and roll road trip extravaganza, filled with Europe’s best rock acts, DJs and driving roads, not to mention some truly unforgettable destinations.
“With this additional time to develop the trips we can now put more time into planning parties and activities at each stopover so each and every one of them will be truly mind-blowing. Most importantly of all, we will have more time to fundraise before the event, generating more money for our chosen charities and those of our participants.”
During the build up to Death Trap Rally 2015, a number of events will be taking place to get you revved up for the rally itself. These will include parties, fundraising events and later this year, DTR’s September Shakedown will take place, taking in some of the cities included in the main rally, and of course some of the soon to be legendary parties!!
